A wow experience

Am wowed all from the point of account opening, with a seamless and effortless setting up of the mobile app, and to the receipt of my debit card and also to the responsiveness of their customer service team. Banking with Metro bank is easy!

I really like the metro bank app, it’s easy to view my accounts and manage payments! I cancel my card from my app at the click of a finger, which is great for when I loose my card! I can access my children’s accounts and move money easily between my account and my kids. Getting a card printed in branch is quick and easy and convenient for me. I started working for metro last may and from the AMAZEING onboarding experience I then went onto opening a current account as I wanted to experience it for myself. The process was so easy and whenever I had any problems I was able to get through in a matter of minutes with any problem being resolved.
