I really like the metro bank app, it’s easy to view my accounts and manage payments! I cancel my card from my app at the click of a finger, which is great for when I loose my card! I can access my children’s accounts and move money easily between my account and my kids. Getting a card printed in branch is quick and easy and convenient for me. I started working for metro last may and from the AMAZEING onboarding experience I then went onto opening a current account as I wanted to experience it for myself. The process was so easy and whenever I had any problems I was able to get through in a matter of minutes with any problem being resolved. Best Bank for convenience

I can not rate Metro Bank enough for being the most convenient Bank around. Not only are the opening hours better than any other Bank around, but they actually make the Bank cards and print Cheque books in branch, so no waiting weeks if you need your card replaced or before using a new account, as you have access immediately. Amazing Metro

After having lots of money taken from my account a few times from my previous bank company I switched to Metro and I have had no problems yet. I have a savings account and current account. Its easy to move money from one to another and they have good security when transferring to new payees. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Ihave been with metro bank for some time now and I have to say that being a customer with the bank I am very pleased they look after you.
