Great service

Every visit to Metro Bank is like stepping back in time, to an age when customers were valued and a personalised service assistant made you feel special. Totally professional in their dealings with the public. Metro Bank beats the rank and file high street competitors hands down. There is no comparison. I have been a delighted customer for 10 years. Always helpful and friendly staff.

Went to my branch needing 3 months worth of statement printed out. 10 minutes later left holding an envelope containing everything I needed and they had stamped them with the banks official stamp. Many other instances of them going the extra mile. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Best,with no rival
