Banking with ease

I have always banked with another bank, but found they are always closed when I get home from work. When you work full time, sometimes you need to be able to pop into a bank. I broke my card and one was printed off for me within half an hour. I would normally have to wait a week! Easy online banking as well. I kept with my other bank as I have been with them forever! Banking how it should be

Despite losing my card and forgetting my sign in details, a brief visit to the Manchester branch and I was good to go with a new card, all in less than an hour! An overall fantastic customer service experience. I would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
