Having experienced many banks throughout my working life , I have finally found an excellent no nonsense bank, which outperforms all the others on the high street. Fantastic Customer Friendly Bank

Each time I go into one of their branches I am greeted as though I am a friend. Everyone is friendly, cheerful and polite and nothing is too much trouble. All customer service is face to face and nothing is machine based unless you choose it to be. In these days of endless bank closures this company needs to stay.
