BEST AND EASIEST BANK TO DEAL WITH

I OPENED MY ACCOUNT DURING LOCKDOWN WITH THE MINIMUM OF FUSS AND HAVE BEEN OVERWHELMED BY HOW USER FRIENDLY THE APP IS. THE BRANCHES ARE OPEN WHEN OTHER BANKS ARE CLOSED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. I WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY DAUGHTER AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THE BANK TO MANY OTHERS. IT IS THE ONLY BANKING APP ON MY PHONE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE OTHER BANK ACCOUNTS. Great customer service always there to help you

Metro bank has always supported me from getting my bank card replaced, when I need bank statements printed they can do this straight away in store. East getting through via phone call without having to wait awhile. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
