I was struggling to open a bank account as all banks wanted me to make an appointment before I could do so. I walked the Regent street blank in Swindon and was assisted to open my bank account and was issued with my personalised bank card all within an hr of walking in. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Open on the high street oh yes..

Great bank always welcoming and the branches are very smart and clean plus yes they’re on the high street plus i was shocked this year that my local branch was open Boxing Day and New Year’s Day … hope they stay this way not all banks need to be online only!! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Metro bank took me in when no one else would. They have supported me through some bad times. The next is the staff in Bristol . Always polite and helpful and well turned out. Bank is spotless and a joy to visit. They get 5stars from me. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Metro bank is truly an amazing bank and in my opinion is the best bank hands down. Metro go the extra mile to help you there customer support truly is on another level in my experience your not treated as a stat your actully valued as a customer almost like family thats the vibe i get truly Metro go all out to help you in anyway they can there number 1 in my book thank you Metro.
