Amazing customer service

If there is ever a problem, the customer service is just amazing every time! Not even mentioning there has been a few times I’ve left my card at home and needed it and I just popped in store and got a new one printed within 10minures! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Accessible and flexible banking

Love Metro bank- incredibly friendly and accessible in person and on the app. I even once received an email from the bank manager regarding a query I had! No charge for any bill discrepancies which I thought was fantastic in a time where ( other)banks charge crazy interests. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
