Card replacement

As like most people I hardly use cash anymore and was unable to use it online as I could read the digits on the signature strip. I walked into the bank and they replaced my card within 15 minutes. That’s what I call prompt customer service. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

A Bank with traditional Values

Metro Bank is one of the few banks you are still able to have a good face to face conversation with a human being. Their opening hours are exceptional. You are greeted warmly and courteously. It is a very pleasant experience to do your banking with them. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
