Great convenience, in person and by phone

I usually use Metro Bank's phone support if I have an issue to discuss, but occasionally I appreciate face to face contact, and their store opening hours, including Saturday and Sunday, are excellent. It was so frustrating for me to open an account in the UK with a particular bank before i walked into Metro Bank, the process was stress free with a wonderful customer service by Ismail and Sylvia at the Reading Town Center store. I have since then enjoyed this product along with the Instant Saving Access that i was also advised to open hence, it saved me the trouble of opening another account for savings with another bank. Metro Bank remain my only bank in the UK as i plan to add more products to my package. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
