Mostly branches are served by Internees who are not well verse with Customer Journey experiences. Good number of services are still served over phone calls which are not accessible 24x7. Need significant improvement toward Online Banking Services and compliance procedure for Account opening is overly stressful. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Best bank

Metro bank is the best bank and i would 100% recommen it further, when i lost my card metro blocked it and gave me a new one the same day. When i got married I changed my name and they gave me a new card on the same day. When I need to take out a bigger amount of money i don’t need to let them know before hand, i went and they gave it straight away. whilst at other banks you need to let them know from before Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Metro bank is by far the best bank I’ve ever used. My Dad introduced me to them and highly recommended them himself. When I opened my account it didn’t take that long and the staff were all so very helpful and friendly at all times. Which I think makes a big difference and puts you at ease. I got my card straight away and the fact that they are open on Sundays is another bonus. All in all I have no faults at all with this bank. Everything has always run smoothly, just the way it should when you’re dealing with people’s money. I hope they continue in their success. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Convenient service and helpful friendly staff

My whole family of four has current accounts with Metro bank. Online banking is convenient but being able to go in for personal service to get help with debit cards or passwords and opening accounts at the weekend is the main reason for banking with Metro Bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
