Metro bank is a very good bank that places the customer first. All the decision made puts the customer in consideration as they're open Mon-Sun, work till late, customer service is excellent. Most issues can be solved on the phone in the comfort of your home or anywhere which decongested the banks that even If you go to the bank, you'll be answered almost instantly. No queues at all.
