Best bank ever

Staff are friendly, water and biscuits for my dog, Lollipops for my neice and nephew, They even have toilets that are clean which is great for my dad as he has prostate cancer. PLUS they are open 7 days a week and they close late too. The only downside is sometimes the queues are long. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Simple, secure and always available

Banking with Metro Bank has been very easy, the app is easy to use and the online banking provide simple to understand processes, paying feels secure and so far so, everything has been great! Provided their branches are opened at weekends which means it is convenient for people who works during the weekdays to be able to visit the branches and not having to take annual leaves to do banking at the branches. The easiest, most accessible bank available - 7 days a week!

I have been with Metro Bank for several years now, and highly recommend it. The staff are really nice and helpful, and without the long gueues one finds in most other banks. I travel frequently in Europe, and am able to use my debit car there, for payments and withdrawals, without any charge. I also love the fact that I can get a new card printed in the bank, without any delay. I'm also delighted with the 5-yr ISA I have just opened, at 4% p.a. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
