Pop in anytime and you will get a warm welcome which immediately makes you feel like you want to be in the bank, I also have a dog who goes with me everywhere and they make him welcome with dog treats. Opening current account

I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness showed when opening my bank account. The customer service representative assisted with even setting up the mobile banking app which was very helpful. I also received a birthday card and chocolate which was a lovely gesture. They are easily accessible due to their opening hours and the 24/7 cash drive thru is great ! I made the right choice to switch most definitely. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Effortless banking

I am a 17 year old a level student that does part time jobs. Metro bank is very easy to use especially in the app, savings accounts and cash deposits couldn’t be easier.
