As a customer the main thing I want is access to quick customer service. Metro bank is open all 7 days which makes my life easier to visit anytime of the week. Ik addition to that, metro bank offer amazing customer service support help through phone call. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

I have been with the Metro Bank for around ten years. I have found them to be very reliable and the online banking experience has been great with no issues. I find ot very easy to transfer money and make payments to payees. I like that the bank is open 7 days a week and close late. I would definately recommend it to family and friends.
