Most helpful bank going

I tried opening up bank accounts in other banks but they didn’t let me and they really didn’t tell me why however metro bank explained to me why I couldn’t open a bank yet and when I could What stuff I needed for it to be opened. N I’ve been with metro over a year or so I believe and I’m so happy with there service it’s fast and reliable. They don’t let you down. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Fair and transparent

I went on holiday to Rome and had a terrible experience with buying tour tickets to the Colosseum. I reported the fraudulent activity to Metro Bank, supplied all the evidence, and they did the rest. Within 2 months, I was paid back in full. A very pleasant, fair and transparent bank to deal with. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Better than many by far

I have savings, current and business banking with Metro. All services provided are fast, efficient and friendly. They have very friendly and helpful team's in store, online and over the phones. Even when a problem or issue has been raised the always been on hand to assist. Would recommend Metro over all the other banks that are currently operating. Excellent Bank
