I’ve had great experiences with metro ! From online to in store… I’m an extremely last minute person with young kids , so leaving the house can be a struggle and with a bank like metro it’s ok they support people like me with later opening hours and drive through banks. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Quick no hassle

I called you not my local branch in Hammersmith to open an account, l was passed straight over to a customer advisor within approximately 30 minutes an account was opened for me with a debit card provided noted ready to use. I am 73 years old and not computer savvy, the customer adviser showed me how to add a PIN number to my account. I have since moved my pension to be paid into my account and l have also visited the branch to pay a cheque in, this was done quickly and smoothly. I cannot praise the bank and advisors enough, how quickly and easily they deal with you face to face and with a smile. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

New account opening

Staff welcomed me into the Crawley branch and guided me into opening a new current account. My learning difficulty wasnt an issue and really felt my questions and concerns where answered accordingly. My brother was by my side and confirmed all my details with the branch manager and her team. When i returned a few days later to deposit some cash again they assisted me doing so. I wanted to change from my previous bank to Metro because of the help i need. Most outstanding and understanding bank Ive been to. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
