Open all hours

Yes I’ve been on the way from work 70plus miles away knowing my bank will be open when I get there . Saturdays, Sundays, all week days all days. One time I had missed placed my card but needed it urgently down to Metro Bank sorted walked out of the bank with new card and PIN ready to use at the banks own ATM. Realistic banking

It’s really convenient to be able to go to the bank on a Sunday because I normally work during normal opening hours for other banks. The app is simple to use. Also there’s lots of additional services you get that other banks don’t provide. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Reliable and convenient

High street branches with decent opening hours, especially on weekends, a nice change from my previous bank. Have the occasional issues with card security, and that system could do with some revising. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
