Excellent and Efficient

I needed a new card, when I went into the Bristol Branch to organise this, they printed one off in 10 minutes and talked me through the changes I needed. They were efficient, polite and the transactions have always been excellent. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Reliable, simple, cool

Metro Bank is my second bank and I use Revolut as primary. I love the fact that the branches are open for longer than other banks. The staff was very helpful every time I had to go. The online app works well. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Lovely branch staff!

For me, online banking is what i need and use most of the time. Metro banking is really easy to use online and very secure. I feel safe using it. If i have needed to contact customer services via phone or chat then they have answered everything i need professionally and with kindness. I did have to visit my local branch to delosit a cheque recently and the staff were so friendly & helpful, even holding the door for me on my way out. Best bank in my opinion!
