Ease of card replacement

Everytime I have lost my card, metro bank allows me to get a new one the same day and same hour. Metro bank also allows their customers to easily manage their online banking easily with an app and telephone calls when need Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Person Touch - Excellent Customer Care

Opened qn account for my 13 year old. No appointment, walked in, completed forms with the support of a representative and my sons and my cards were issued within an hour or so. Metro are available for their customers and understand the face to face customer service is important to their clients and their opening hours are realistic and what the customers want. Hands down THE best High street bank.

I’ve had absolutely no trouble at all with a metro bank. I currently have a debit card with them as well as a savings account and it is honestly so streamline and easy to use. Their in store service is incredible, making any issues I have an easy fix. Also their mobile app is just spectacular. A 1000% the best British bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
