Metro bank is the best bank Ever!

Metro bank is the best bank I’ve ever been with, very quick and sufficient service. Lovely and friendly staff. Always a pleasure to help and always wear a smile on there face. It’s a great place and a great bank. Would recommend it and only this one! This is the one for me! I need Small notes and change

£1/£2/50ps, As card m/cs brake down and cant pay rink fees in the club (BOWLS) NO PAY, NO PLAY Also cant get a drink from the machine. Ps why are there not note to coin m/c like Potters arround. my other Bank quiz me for One £20 bag Metro The Only Bank That "WAS" letting me search £250/ £500 Bags OF COIN FOR CHARITY at £1 garanteed per £100.00 searched, to the Money Machine, the only reason I opened the Account. Helping your local customer base

It’s Really important to have a great impression to your local customers on the highstreet. Your team in Canterbury have helped me out on a few occasions straight from the start, nothing was too much trouble and they make people want to bank with you. Cannot fault this bank!

The staff are always very friendly and courteous and the service is fantastic. The branches have lovely blown up feature wall local photographs and the decor is stylish and contemporary. My dog loves the complimentary bone-shaped dog biscuits! Reviewed on: 14th March 2023
