Easy peasy banking

Opening a current account

My wife and I wanted to open a new bank account and just walked in off the high street to the Metro Bank, Sutton branch. We were warmly welcomed and allocated a very friendly assistant. After going through all the bank checks we ended up with an account we could use immediately and internet banking tools to keep an eye on it. We were both very pleased with the service provided and the Metro bank always seems a nice space to do your banking needs. I have recommended it to my friends and family. Fantastic Forward Thinking Bank

Awesome customer experience each time

I have an account with Metro and compared to other banks it’s by far the best bank I have ever banked with. I have 2 children under 3 so the opening times are simply perfect. And each time I go in with my children they are spoilt with lollies (they never get any from me) but it’s always a treat for them. Additionally I always get assistance with all that I need.
