Exceptional customer service in store & over the phone!

Until I banked with Metro Bank, I never knew what good really looked like. When I opened my current account & savings in store the customer service experience was exceptional, and they printed my bank card there and then! I had an issue with my card one late evening - the customer help line rang a few times and someone answered straight away. They dealt with my card being blocked due to potential fraud easily, so I could use it within minutes. This bank is above and beyond the well known hight street banks & those that are just on line. We have been with Metro bank for a few years now and have always found the staff to be very welcoming and efficient, the bank itself is kept organised and smart, and the services offered by the app easy to operate. Recently opened a Metro current account. The process was easy and smooth. Very impressed that our cards were printed and handed over immediately and pin no setup. Their app is very easy to use. Hi. It's a very good bank, I feel safe there, very nice and professional service always fast. It's nice inside, fresh and modern in design. The opening hours are great. I've never had a problem, the phone application works without errors. ATM card can be obtained on site in 2 minutes. I use a couple of years. I have accounts in several banks but I can't say the same about my other banks, in my opinion they should follow the example of the metro bank. I can recommend it to everyone and I know what I'm writing because I'm 49 years old. Greetings to everyone in this bank and please don't change. Your faithful client.
