Metro puts it's customers centre front in its operations. The contrast with most other High Street banks is striking. My experience with three other banks ranges from acceptable to downright dismal. Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

Convenient helpful nothing too much

I love using Metrobank. The app is super easy to use and allows you to do everything you need but the shop is also always there when you need it and again staff are on hand and it’s quick and easy to handle your query. Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

I cannot recommend Metro more highly. A great high street presence. I damaged my card once, I had a new card within half an hour direct in-branch. Open later so I can go in after work at 5:30pm - open Sundays. Reviewed on: 12th March 2023
