I cannot recommend Metro more highly. A great high street presence. I damaged my card once, I had a new card within half an hour direct in-branch. Open later so I can go in after work at 5:30pm - open Sundays. Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

Amazing always good customer service On the phone and in person. Had my card printed on the day three times when lost or stolen which is amazing. You have a change machine which is so convenient! It’s open everyday and later than all other banks so I can get there after work! It’s just an amazing bank with lovely workers who know what there doing is never change now and the online banking is so easy! Reviewed on: 12th March 2023
