I joined metro because of the ease to visit a branch on a Sunday. Their rates on spending on the Euro are good. Never had to wait long for assistance and all staff have been helpful. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

On-line banking

When we first moved to Metrobank we loved the early morning late evening opening hours especially as we worked in London. Now we are retired and have moved to Dorset we rely on the banking app (great!) and have a branch in Southampton, if needs must. Overall though, the easily accessible staff members on the phone if anything needs sorting makes us want to stay with the bank. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

The 'easy bank'

Been with metro for 2 years now. If I loose a card they print one inshore for you while you wait. Have never waited more than 5 minutes to be served in store. Staff are super friendly amd helpful. They have taken the 'boring' out of banking. Keep up the good work Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
