As a rule very good experience and efficient

Metrobank have always been very efficient helpful fast. Only once in ten years have I had an issue. All in all a great experience unlike Barclays who failed me at every turn. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Very friendly, always helpful and ready to solve any problem.

When ever I walk into the bank always someone receives us and deals with our problem.There online services are amazing as well. I have a toddler so its hard to visit bank every time so they always solve my problem over the phone or through email. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
