Just so convenient

Open 7 days a week! You don't really need to say anymore. There's always someone available help and everyone is always very helpful. I use the app most, which is easy, intuitive and you can do practically everything that you'll ever want on it. My wife, friends and family now use Metro Bank after my recommendation. Helpful, convenient and efficient.

They have always dealt with my queries quickly and efficiently. After not realising I'd lost my card the night before, they even called me early the next morning to inform me of unusual activity on my account, luckily there was no money in there at the time ;-) but all the same, the card was immediately cancelled and all I needed to do was visit my branch that day and have a new card printed - all done in 10 minutes...great service!
