One bank has it all

I am so overjoyed at joining the Metro bank. Its open when other banks are closed. Staff always happy to help with a smile. If there is any problem with your card, you can pop in and hey presto they print you a new one. No waiting a week for the post. Amazing bank Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Best I have ever banked with

I can’t recommend Metrobank enough. I love the laidback feel and that children and dogs are made to feel welcome. The opening hours are definitely better than other banks and the Customer service has always been great whether that’s in store or on the phone. Their overdraft charges are a lot more reasonable than other banks I’ve been with and they genuinely seem to care when I’ve gone through hardship, and have helped me start to get out of debt. I like the fact they are open all weekend so if you need to see someone they are available even on Sunday. They keep things simple and don’t try to baffle you. When you call them up in the phone they are patient and informative and don’t try the hard sale. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
