Whenever I to my branch in Broadmead Bristol, there is always plenty of staff, also staff that can give you a solution. I go into branch at least once a week. I am never waiting more than 5 minutes to be delt with. All the staff are friendly, happy to help and nothing is never to much trouble. Having a bank you can go into now a days is very hard to find. I don't have a good impression about banks...but METRO isn't any bank...you can't compare lion with donkey only because have long hair and 4 legs...
