Metro deserves to be rated the best British Bank

I have had the best banking experience since I joined Metro Bank, way back when. The staff are friendly, courteous, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have used online banking which at times can be a bit of a stretch, being of the older generation, but I have managed very well. At times I have called on Customer Services who have provided all the help I need, professionally but without me feeling totally inadequate. Whenever I need to speak to someone at the bank, it is open. It is almost as if it operates 24/7. How fortunate we are to have such an efficient, accessible service available. When I say the best I mean it, everytime I went to metro bank the customer service was always perfect. The app is so easy and makes my life so much easier, I’ve recommended to all my friends to make an account at metro bank because of how quick it is and how the employees recommended which accounts are better.
