Best bank ever!!

This is without a doubt the best bank ever! The staff are just so helpful, polite & charming. Nothing too much trouble. The opening hours are suitable for almost everyone, open on a Sunday too!! It was so easy to open a new current account, given an over draft too! We were also given the option of a credit card. Both cards were printed immediately in the bank. We were even helped to set up online banking. Where else would you receive all these wonderful services. We would highly recommend this bank to all my family & friends. 5* Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Amazing

Amazing experiences with Metro Bank. They are an amazing and helpful bank, I have never had issues and in fact only great things to say. They are always available, care about their customers, will always try to the best of their abilities to solve problems for you and keep your needs in mind. I would recommend Metro to anyone who asks. They have easy mobile accounts to manage, and perfect for younger people as well as the card account can be restricted to certain things however kids are still able to safely use a card. Brilliant

Love the idea of your branches being open on a Sunday, should I need to come in. You also have a coin counting machine that does not claim 10% for the privilege of counting my money. Good customer service, either in bank or online. I love this bank. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
