Very helpful online and at branch

I've had some issues with my banking and set up some payments. Popped in to the branch and had a very good experience with the employees. Helped me out setting up payments and solved my other banking issues. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Brilliant Customer Service

I have been a customer for many years, being able to get a new card in branch was a life saver when I was away from home and forgot my wallet. Also I have always found the customer service outstanding, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I have been with other banks but MetroBank still have the personal touch that has been lost by others. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best in class

I’ve never experienced a high level of customer service in banking as that provided by Metrobank. They have broken the mould in banking and shown many of their competitors they way to support, reassure and provide a ‘wow’ factor in what has been a very traditional business. I continue to be amazed at what they can offer in-store and on-line resulting in on omni-channel banking product that is unmatched in the UK today. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
