Best bank in UK!

I joined Metro Bank 5 years ago, on a recommendation, and its best decision I've ever made! I've had alot of financial issues in past and have needed to contact them in early hours! I love fact that their is always someone their on end of phone 24/7 and really prompt and efficient service! Also when have had to get a new bank card, I can go into local branch and get a new one straight away, and having metro open 7 days a week and until late has been a god send!!!! Best Bank Ever

I love the Metro Bank's App which I use every day to manage my finances. It is easy and practical to use. If I need to visit a branch there is always a friendly face there ready to greet me. They realise that not all customers can visit them during 'normal' banking hours and always put the customer first by opening much longer hours, even on Sundays. I love them!
