Banking with metro

I must say i have a positive outlook towards metro as its very hands on if i was to loose my card for example i can collect a new one from the branch in 5-15 minutes the systems are quite easy to use. The only drawbacks is not having post office service which most other banks do. If this could be implemented it would do a lot of justice to your service. Kahalem reece Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

It's a no messing around type of account , applied online and the card was with me in 3 days.

Personal, face to face service

Most UK banking has left the High Street, and become completely impersonal. Online banking is great, but there are times you need to speak face to face to someone who understands and can help. Everyone else seems to have dropped this kind of personal service, but MetroBank has the corner on it. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
