I set me first ever current account up with Metro bank when I was 16 and I have been with them ever since. They are open 7 days a week which some banks aren’t and their customer service is second to none. They answer their calls instantly and are always helpful and friendly when you go there in person. I hope this business model stays alive. early till late every day in store as well as an increase in being able to do everything digitally too.
