An all round Great Experience

Whilst all the other major banks start to take their presence away from the Hight Street, Metro have brought High Street Banking into the 21st Century. Ive had very few issues with Metro, but the ability to get through either in branch or customer services is very easy...and accommodating. I've moved my Business banking there as well. Best bank

Every time I’ve been to metro bank all staff are very helpful and welcoming, the opening hours are a huge reason as to why I chose metro bank. Finding out they can also print me a new debit card in store has helped me out a lot over the years. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
