Professional and friendly

My experience with customer service has been amazing! They will try everything possible when you phone them to sort the query out. If they can't do it they will pass you onto the necessary departments to help. Going in stores services are generally quick and there is always someone to greet you and find out what you're enquiry is about and then tell you where to proceed to.
