This is how banking should be!

It was so easy to open an account. Stores are open at sensible hours. I've had a debit card that became unreliable while I was away (London) from home (Cambridgeshire) and the ability to get a new one while I waited in-store was brilliant. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great Bank and Service

Excellent bank easy and quick

I have used metro for almost a year now with no issues. It is conveniently placed so I can go inside easily and they have a wide range of friendly and helpful staff to be able to deal with any problems! Most of the time I don’t even need to go in store as most of what I need is in there very accessible app where I can easily access my accounts transfer money between pay my bills and even save a little!
