Great service from a great bank!

Great banking experience

I needed a new bank account with a debit card couple of months ago, it was quickly created by the customer oriented representative in Putney store and it was printed so fast. Also, I was informed that I can visit the store even on Sunday in case of any needs. Besides, the mobile app is so good and I keep using it for all my digital banking needs. Brilliant bank I can't fault them

Metro bank are by far the best one I've had an account with. The app is always up and running making it easy to transfer payments when needed and access my account 24/7. The most accessible helpful bank ever

Metro bank is so accommodating to its customers with their longer opening hours and days and is super helpful if you ever need a card reprinted as it can be done right then and there - no long waits necessary!
