I’ve had many different enquiries and situations and they all have been dealt with extreme professionalism and in time. Metro Bank is a wannabe, from their branch staff, to their back office procedures - here’s how it to do banking. Dog treats and lollipop’s don’t make for good banking. Train your staff, remove the chip from their shoulders, and provide customer service. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
