Metro bank has been great to me over the years. It was my first bank account since childhood and has only developed more and more since then. A brilliant bank with very welcoming staff

I have always been impressed with the customer service I have received from Metro Bank. It is also very handy to have the option of receiving a replacement card in the branch immediately. It's dog friendly and I prefer to use my Metro Bank Card when I visit overseas because of the competitive international rates. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best bank

I transferred my existing current account to Metro Bank in October last year, and couldn't be happier with the service. Being able to visit a branch, at a convenient time to fit in with the busy working week, enables me to take care of anything I need to, whilst speaking to a friendly and professional person. Reliable and Customer Oriented
