Great in-store experience and services

Amazing customer service

I went to metro bank when I had no other bank to go, the registering process was very easy and super quick they were able to print the card in store on the same day, this process usually takes up to a week or a fortnight with some banks but this took metro 2 days. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The best bank ive ever had

I have tried a couple banks in my time and nothing tops metro bank. Ive never had any issues with them and the employees are extremely empathetic and helpful. Also there ISA interest rate is the best ive seen! I even told all my friends to switch to metro. If they dont win it, it doesnt make sense. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Metro bank has been great to me over the years. It was my first bank account since childhood and has only developed more and more since then. A brilliant bank with very welcoming staff

I have always been impressed with the customer service I have received from Metro Bank. It is also very handy to have the option of receiving a replacement card in the branch immediately.
