Only bank committed to working customers

I've been impressed with Metro Bank for a number of years now. The most important aspect of banking with them is the fact they're open late in the evening as well as Sundays. Excellent customer service

The customer service is excellent - always helpful and warm, a big difference to the all other banks on the high street. I once waited over 2 hours to getsomeehing sorted out, before I CHANGED to STARLING, now its 5 mins and while they filled in some details I was provided with a cuppa.
