Amazing place & fantastic staff

Going there you feel like you are being transported into the superhero universe with the futuristic designs to their buildings accompanied by the bright lights and spacious layouts it is very comfortable walking into and out of the banks, you’re always greeted with a smile and talked to with respect, the staff never have a problem explaining things and will always have a friendly chat along side no matter your age everyone is treaded the same way. I’ve not had any problems with metro bank and will always recommend them to 18-25 year olds around me. Reviewed on: 13th April 2023

Amazing

Cannot fault metro, lost card straight in sorted straight away, fraud spotted on account instand phone call and card temporarily blocked, locked myself out of online banking literally went straight to bank seen within 10 minutes and back on line, no problems what so ever, everything hassle free, have recommended metro and will continue to do so Reviewed on: 12th April 2023
