Great Bank with Amazing customer service

I’ve banked with Metro Bank for four years now. During this time everything has been so simple, setting up the account, using the account and the app is also handy to use. Due to very little issues since opening my account I’ve only ever needed to call customer services once and the woman that helped me was amazing, so helpful and together we solved my issue quickly and efficiently. Easy to use current account

Amazing bank I could have ever joined

Metro bank so far is the best UK bank in my opinion. Their friendliness is unmatched and they certainly have a unique feature when printing out statements which is you can upload it all on an excel spreadsheet which I find super useful when wanting to know where I spend all my money at. Best Banking Service ever

Metro Bank is (1) Always there, very early, and every day. (2) Operation time is Customer-focused, considering that some customers would leave the house too early, and some close late. (3) Service-ready operational procedures: Customers can receive all their services, from complete account opening to card issuance, all on the same day. (4) Very supportive customer service: Staff is familiar with the environment, you just name your postcode and they seem to have a foreknowledge of everything about your environment. (5)Online service is as amazing as the onsite service. They give all the support you need, reading even in between your tone and asking to be sure you are satisfied with the service given.
