Does what it says on the tin

More than just what's written on the tin, I'm always left feeling that I've receive a genuinely personal service by actually caring staff. The difference between Metro and Halifax (from whom I fled to Metro) is astronomical. Rather than just recommend them to others, I have actually taken my son there to open his first account.
