Seamless transaction

Online banking

I really like the online banking app it makes it so easy to transfer money between my savings and current account. I can also check how much I spend each month and I'm glad I switched from HSBC to metro bank!!! ♡ Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Easy to use,

Compared to other banks I found this alot safer to use, ie not getting in debt, other banks I've used make it so easy to keep upping overdrafts on the app, there's no option on metro to do this, which is great for me, also found opening the account was easier than alot of other banks Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great customer service

I have always had pleasant experiences when I have visited the branch. The staff have been extremely helpful in helping me handle money and with depositing and withdrawing money. This is also the only bank that I know of that is open on a Sunday Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
