Best move ever.

I changed to Metro Bank in 2018 after 41 years with my previous bank. My branch was closed without telling me. Metro Bank are efficient and friendly and I have been able to save more using them with the use of the app. More efficiency all round. Reviewed on: 14th June 2021

Refreshing.

So nice to see a bank emerge out of the shadow of 'The Big Four' that actually cares about its' customers and is still open long after the 'old boys' have closed their doors. Particularly convenient for those that finish work after the standard banks have closed but can't get out at lunchtime to conduct their business. And as for opening on a Sunday..? Gasp..!! Brilliant

I recently visited Metro Bank in Hayes/Southall to open an account. The staff were friendly and efficient upon arrival. The young man that opened my account was friendly, informative, respectful, humourous and totally professional for the entirity. I even left the Bank with my new Debit Card,all set upand ready to use. You dont get that in any other bank! You wait for your cards to arrive by post and your "pin' number to arrive seperately a few days later! I highly recommend Metro Bank ! Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
