Best Bank Ever!

From the efficiency of opening an account to having my debit card printed and handed to me at the same time so I can use it immediately, Metro Bank has really surpassed every expectation and more! Recently I changed my name and apart from just changing my name immediately like my other bank did, they gave me a new debit card with my new name and was able to print off a statement with my new name on….the other banks were not able to do this and I had to wait a couple of weeks! Flexible banking

The bank fits in with you jam packed day and daily working life. Most high St banks close between 3pm and 4pm. Metro bank is still open after work and it's open weekends too!! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Friendly and efficient service.

Myself and my partner couldn’t believe how complicated other banks (that we already bank with) were handling a basic request. We also couldn’t find anywhere that the staff will sit with you in person as opposed to asking you to call their online banking. Metro just got it all dealt with on site. They are also open for more accommodating hours for people who work full time. We’re glad we found Metro! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
