Great bank, great service

I have used metro bank since I was 14 years old. I used to lose my bank card a lot and the staff would print me a new card there and then. The staff are always friendly, and if I have any issues they resolve them quickly. I haven't had any issues with them, and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Great bank, great service. In touch with my needs.

I found that my previous bank, although very good at handling my cash, didn't also offer what I expect from a bank, which is the ability to do a bit of borrowing from time to time, on reasonable terms. With Metro, it's a proper bank and seems to do what only a bank can do; that's to say handle my cash, but also be prepared to lend so I can take advantage of opportunities or get over the odd hump in the road.
